Take Q Care

The Q Care online certification program is comprised of five learning modules:

• Introduction
• Part 1
• Part 2
• Part 3
• Certification Quiz

Please review each of the modules in order, beginning with the Introduction. At the end of each module you will be prompted to close that window and return to this page to select the next module in the series.

Once you have completed the Introduction and Parts 1-3, click on the link for the Certification Quiz where you will be asked to answer 26 questions reviewing the information presented in the previous modules.
