How long is the Q Care online training program?
It will take approximately 1 hour to complete the Q Care online training program.
If I start watching the Q Care training program but don’t have time to finish, can I come back later?
If you start the Q Care training program and are unable to finish you will be able to pick-up at the spot where you left off only if you are using the same computer that you originally used to complete the training. If you know you will be sharing a computer with someone else watching the Q Care program, we suggest that you complete an entire module before stopping (each module is between 10-15 minutes). You are able to start at the beginning of a new module and proceed from there by using the individual module links on the "Take Q Care" tab.
I am unable to view all of the video in the modules and I'm having trouble getting the certificate page to load - what should I do?
The Q Care modules feature streaming video, which require the most up-to-date version of Adobe Flash Player and a broadband Internet connection. If you are having difficulty viewing any section of the Q Care online training please use the above link to download Adobe Flash Player. Viewing of the modules on older PC's may be improved by making sure all other applications are closed.
I was a Trainer for the old Q customer service program, what information do I need to know about Q Care?
The new format of the Q Care training program does not require a trainer. If you would like to use this online version for a classroom type setting, you can start and stop the training and insert local stories and interaction before starting back up again. Currently Q Care certificates are only available for individuals taking the quiz online - group viewing of the quiz is not advised because it will produce just one certificate.
